The location of the hotel is very convenient. A 24-hour restaurant and bar are right next door. I found staff very friendly and cute.
I had several mosquitoes in my room one night. I was bitten and scratched. The cottages are smaller inside than the regular rooms.

inadequate air conditioningfaulty plumbing
the room's air conditioning was inadequate making it difficult to sleep comfortably. additionally, the bathroom plumbing seemed faulty as the shower drain was slow and the toilet occasionally overflowed. the staff was polite, these issues definitely impacted my overall experience negatively.

The pool sits right on the beach, how cool is that! I ate dinner outside. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful, and they always smile. I definitely think the team works together very well. They make things stress free and they work very accommodating.
The gym doesn't have enough air. I couldn't breath inside, because it's too closed. No hot water came for shower the first nights of my visit. The wifi is slow in my bedroom. I can use it only when I go outside.
